Call Diverts

The Telephone Number Company (TTNC).
We use this company for our telephone divert for the Taxi and Accounts business via the two 0800 numbers we have. My telephones are diverted mostly to the 0800 numbers and then on the platform provided with TTNC calls can be re diverted to as many mobile or land line numbers as I required.
Useful for storing telephone numbers to which we use for text advertising.
This facility effectively gives your more lines. Whilst on a call another will be redirected to another allocated line for another allocated divert to pick up on. So if you have five or six on the divert, all phones will ring even if one is on a call and the customer is only calling one telephone number.
The added facilities such follow me, priority call and many other options allows a business to take charge with a few clicks.
